Which Membership is right for me?
Choose between our Monthly Membership payments of $179+ tax for 12 months to receive 1 credit per month or our Annual Membership of $1,790+ tax 1 time and receive all 10 credits upfront.
What is the difference between the Monthly Membership and the Annual Membership?
The difference is how you receive your credits. Our Monthly Members receive 1 credit per month to use towards any Skin5 treatment but still have access to our Skin+ menu. Have 1 credit but interested in a treatment that takes 2 credits? Wait until you’ve accumulated the 2nd credit or use your 1 credit and pay the difference. Our Annual Members receive their credits all upfront so they are free to use their credits however they choose. No need to wait!
Only our Annual Members also receive a Skinfolio Bento Box of 5 full-sized back-to-basics skincare products. These products are very gentle and are designed to be used post-procedure.
What treatments does my Membership cover?
Any service on our Skin5 menu and the following services on our Skin+ menu:
You will also receive Member pricing on all of our other services that are not included in the Membership as well.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. For our Physicians we do require a 24 hour notice before cancelling your appointment. If you “no show” to your Physician appointment you will lose your $100 deposit for the service. We respect your time and we kindly ask that you respect ours.
Do my Membership credits expire?
Nope. Any unused credits will roll over to the next month or will wait to be used.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! If there is availability for the treatment you’d like we can book you in. We do suggest calling ahead of time to inquire just in case.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as possible is always encouraged. That way we can schedule you in on a day and time that works best for you.
How long will my appointment take?
Normally anywhere from 30-60 mins depending on the treatment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details, including the treatment time and your scheduled appointment. You can always give us a call or email us to check before booking.
Am I locked in for the full year with my monthly membership?
With our Monthly Membership you are committed for the 12 month term. Remember, your credits also don’t expire!
How do I prepare for my treatment/facial?
Once you’ve booked in for your requested treatment, you’ll receive an email confirmation on the steps required to prepare for your treatment. Don’t forget to read these carefully!
When do I get billed?
You’ll be billed on the 1st of every month with the credit card on your file.
Can I transfer or share my Membership to another guest?
Unfortunately not. We believe that everyone’s skin journey is personal and each individual should experience the full realm of treatments to receive the best results!
What is your Referral Program?
Every time you refer a friend or family member and they sign up for any of our Memberships, you receive a FREE credit to your file!
Will there be downtime after my treatment?
Depending on the treatment. Most of our services have zero downtime but there is some downtime with our skin resurfacings and there could be some bruising with our injectables. You can always give us a call or email us if you have more questions.
I’ve never been to Skinfolio or had a facial before. Which treatment should I book?
